The annual Bord Ná Nóg awards presentation take place on Saturday January 19th in Riverstown Hall at 8.30PM. Winners medals will be presented to the U18 boys, U18 girls, U16 boys and U12 boys along with runners up medals to the U14 boys and U12 girls teams as well as the player of the year awards. 
John McPartland has been re-appointed as Senior Team manager for the coming year, we wish John well for the year ahead. 
The Junior team management are looking for additional selectors to get involved in the team this year. Anyone interested in getting involved at this level should contact Lauri Quinn on 087 2684044. 
The winners of the December members draw were Nigel Hargadon, Vivion Boyd and Paul Quinn while the winners of the special Christmas members draw were Glen McDermott, Mairead Tuohy and Eimear Kearns.

The club wish to express sympathy with Josephine Taylor on the death recently of her sister Kathleen Hardy, Ballybofey.

There were no winners in the lotto draw last weekend. The numbers drawn were 6, 1, 22, 26 with the house draw won by Dermot Cogan. The jackpot now stands at €5,500 with the next draw in Sean Macs on Saturday 26th January.

There are only two weeks left to the Dinner Dance on 2nd February in the Clayton Hotel. Tickets are available for €25 from any committee member.  Medals will be presented to the Senior Team who won the Intermediate Championship and championship runners up  medals will be presented to the Senior Ladies team along with the Player of the year awards. We will also be inducting a stalwart of the Club, Michael Reynolds into the Hall of Fame. Michael has been a tremendous servant to the club serving as county board delegate for many years and an ever present member of the committee. We look forward to honouring Michael on the night.

The player of the year awards went to U10, Penny Barlow, Rian Conway; U12, Louise Roberston, Jack Barrett; U14, Nola Eivers, Conor McMorrow; U16, Jade Lyons, Conor Kearns; U18, Meabh McDermott, Dylan Willis. Dylan also won the overall Player of the Year award. Thanks to the Kearns family of their continued sponsorship of these awards in memory of Leo & Phil Kearns. Thanks to Paul Taylor for giving up his time to present the awards in what has been one of the most successful years in the club's history at underage level.

It was with sadness that we learned of the passing of Padraig Scanlon, Riverstown after a long illness. Padraig was a great community man and will be sadly missed. We express our sympathy with his wife Liz and family. Ar dheis de do raibh a anam. The club also wish to express sympathy with the family and relatives of Seamus Cunnane, Ballygawley who died last week.

28th Jan
It was the end of an era this week with the passing of our long serving President, Tommy McDermott after a brief illness. The club provided a guard of honour at the funeral and club members had the privilege of carrying Tommy on his final journey. We wish to express our sympathy with his wife Doreen, daughter Ann and sons, John, Kevin, Thos, Niall and Donie and the wider McDermott family on their loss. Ní bheidh a leithéid aris ann. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Thanks to everyone who attended our Dinner Dance in the Clayton Hotel last Saturday.  It was a most enjoyable night with special guests Michael Reynolds and family to honour Michael and his induction into the Shamrock Gaels Hall of Fame. We were also joined by special guests, County Board Chairman,  Brendan Leonard, Secretary, Bernardine McGauran and Sligo LGFA Development Officer, Ted Maloney. Keith McMorrow won the Senior player of the year and he was presented with the Vincent Boyd memorial Cup by Vivion Boyd. The Junior player of the year was Mark Kearns and he was presented with the Connolly family memorial cup by Anthony Connolly. The U21 player of the year was Patrick Benson and he was presented with the Karl Galvin memorial cup by Liam Galvin. The Ladies player of the year was Rachel Boyd and she was presented with the Davina Duncan memorial cup by Bernardine McGauran. The Ladies team were presented with their Championshp runners up medals by Ted Maloney while the Senior Mens were presented with their championship winning medals by Brendan Leonard.
Thanks to the Clayton Hotel for the excellent meal and facilities and thanks to Ursula Lyons and Michael Brennan who organised the event. Thanks also to Andrew Kearns who prepared and delivered the excellent citation to honour Michael.
There was no winner of the lotto draw last week. The numbers drawn were 12, 15, 16, 22. There was 2 match 3 winners, Denise Quinn and Mary McDermott while Gretti Kelly won the house draw. The next draw is this Saturday in McDermotts, Castlebaldwin with the jackpot at €5,600.
The winners of the monthly draw were Michael Brennan, Mark Tuohy and Ciaran Garry.

11th Feb
Registration for 2019 takes place this Friday 15th from 6.30PM to 8.00PM and on Saturday 16th from 10-12AM. The registration is for Boys and Girls from U6 to U18 who wish to play football this year. The cost is the same as last year, €35 per player up to a maximum of €100 per family. It is important that parents use the opportunity to signup at these two sessions to avoid the club having to follow up on registration in the months ahead. Hard luck to Easkey on Saturday. It was not to be your day, however you have done Sligo proud in what you have achieved this year.
There was no winner of the lotto draw this weekend with the numbers drawn 1, 4, 11, 28. There was one match 3 winner, Naomh Quinn with Andy Hannon winning the house draw. The next draw is in Hartes on 23rd February with the jackpot at €5,700.
Any remaining tickets for the club draw should be returned immediately to Ursula Lyons or Mary Quinn along with any outstanding monies for dinner dance tickets.

Well done to our winners at Senior Scor last weekend - Mairead Tuohy won the Solo Singing and Louise King, Conal McCormack, Myra McMorrow, Noel McMahon and Muireann Parke who won the Instrumental Music. They now go on to represent club and county in the Connacht Final next Sunday. Thanks also to Enda Candon, Brendan McKenna, JP Higgins and Lauri Quinn who represented us in the quiz but weren't successful on the night.
The Senior lost out narrowly to Tubbercurry after extra time in the Kiernan Cup on a scoreline of 1-12 to 2-10. Having led by two going into the closing stages, Tubbercurry scored a goal in the last minute to clinch victory. The team was: Daniel Lyons, Evan Lyons, Paul Higgins, Alan Kelly, Declan Willis, Ben Tuohy, Liam Tuohy, Eoin Carroll (0-1), Dillon McDermott, James Carroll (0-2), Sean Carroll (0-1), Johnny Quinn (0-1), Shane Deignan (0-2), Liam O'Connell, Dylan Willis (1-5). The U21 team take on Ballymote/Bunninadden in round 1 of the Championship next Sunday at home at 1.00PM.

Congratulations and well done to Donie Quinn, Germany who won the lotto jackpot of €5,800 at the weekend with the numbers 2, 15, 20 and 32. The house draw was won by Ursula Lyons. The jackpot now reverts to €1,000 with the next draw on Saturday 23rd.
The U21 team got the Championship off to a winning start with a 0-17 to 0-6 win over Ballymote/Bunninadden last  Sunday. The team was: Daniel Lyons, Emmet Dodd, Evan Lyons, Alan Kelly, Andrew Flnn (0-1), Karl McKenna, Ryan Fitzpatrick, James Carroll, Sean Carroll, Michael Barry, Shane Deignan (0-1), Luke Flynn (0-2), Steven Willis (0-2), Dylan Willis (0-3), Darragh Hailstones (0-8). The team was: Brian Dwyer, Aodhan Eivers, Patrick Barrett, Andrew Barlow, Conor Sheridan, Adam Kearns, Jamie Parke, Jason Kilkenny (0-4), David Barlow, Andrew McGrievy, Conor McMorrow (0-5), Dylan McKenna, James Foley, Jay Rogers, Shane Dwyer (0-2) Subs used: Ciaran Kenny, Keilan Brehony, Charlie Mullen, Troy Gilgarro, Nathan Wimsey. They now play Easkey/St Farnans away on Monday 1st April at 6.30PM.
Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others is a fun, non competitive group that meet every Monday from 8 -9PM to play Gaelic Football. No experience is required but you need to be over 25. The group will be starting back on Monday 8th April and new members are always welcome.
The U6 and U8 boys and girls have one indoor Friday session left in Coola Complex - U6 from 6.30 -7.15PM and U8 from 7.15-8PM. The Saturday morning coaching starts back on Saturday 6th April at 11.00AM.

The underage coaching starts back next Saturday 6th in Coola at 11AM for boys and girls aged 6 to 10 - all new members are welcome.

The club will be running two health & wellbeing events over the next few months - from couch to 5K and a Men's walking club. The Ladies Senior team lost narrowly to Drumcliffe/Rosses Point in the Div 2 league despite a spirited second half performance. The final score was 3-8 to 1-13. The team was: Meabh McDermott, Eilis O'Connor, Aisling Boyd, Catherine Tuohy, Louise Merrick, Aoife Morrisroe, Naomh Quinn, Siobhan Brennan, Jade Lyons (0-7), Roisin Kearns (0-1), Meg Craig, Rachel Boyd (1-3), Erin Mullaney (0-1), Aoife O'Connor, Aoife Brennan. Subs: Isobel Clark, Lisa Conlon, Mairead Tuohy (0-1), Aine O'Connell, Grace O'Carroll, Kate Breheny. They now take on St Maloise Gaels next Sunday at home in the warm up league.
The U21 team are back in action next weekend against St Maloise Gaels away on Sunday at 1.00PM. 
The U18 boys are at home to Geevagh/St Michaels on Friday 5th at 6 30PM. 
The U16 boys are away on Monday 1st to Easkey/St Farnans at 6.30PM. 
The U14 girls are away to Drumcliff on Tuesday 2nd at 6.30PM. 
The U12 boys are away to St Michaels on Tuesday 2nd at 6 30PM while the U12 girls are away to Eastern Harps on Friday 5th at 6.30PM.  
We will be holding a family table quiz on Good Friday 19th April at 8PM in Riverstown Community Hall - more details later.

The U20 team confirmed their place in the A Championship semi-final with a 2-18 to 2-11 win over St Molaise Gaels on Sunday. The team was: Daniel Lyons, Alan Kelly, Evan Lyons, Patrick Benson, Daire Kearns (0-2), Karl McKenna (0-1), Ryan Fitzpatrick, Dillon McDermott, James Carroll (0-1). Sean Carroll (1-2), Shane Deignan, Luke Flynn, Darragh Hailstones (0-8, 7f), Dylan Willis (1-1), Steven Willis (0-2). Subs: Brendan Hailstones for R Fitzpatrick, Lee Deignan (0-1) for S Willis. They now play Tourlestrane away in the final group game next Sunday at 1.00PM. 
The U18 boys started their league campaign with a comprehensive 4-14 to 1-8 win over Geevagh/St Michaels last Friday. The team was: Ryan Brennan, Aodhan Eivers, Eoin Dwyer, Dylan Mullen, Aaron McKenna, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Sean Carroll, David Barlow, Jason Kilkenny, Brendan Hailstones, Adam Kearns, Conor Kearns, Lee Duignan Subs used: Dillion Conlon, Ryan Thomson, Andrew  McGreevy, Shane Dwyer, Conor McMorrow. They now play Eastern Harps away on Friday 12th at 6.30PM. 
The U16 boys also had a big win over Easkey/St Farnans last Monday. The team was: Brian Dwyer, Aodhan Eivers, Patrick Barrett, Ciaran Kenny, Jamie Parke, Conor Sheridan, Andrew McGreevy, David Barlow, Jason Kilkenny (0-2), Dylan Mc Kenna (1-0), Conor McMorrow (1-2), Troy Gilgarro, Charlie Mullen (1-0), Adam Kearns (3-4), Shane Dwyer (1-2). Subs used: Keelan Brehony (0-1), Nathan Wimsey. They now play Tourlestrane away on Monday 8th at 6.30PM.  
The U16 girls are also away to Tourlestrane this Monday 8th at 8PM. 
The U14 girls lost to a strong Drumcliffe/Rosses Point team last Tuesday in the opening round of the league.They now play Eoghan Rua on Monday 15th in Riverstown Park at 7PM. 
The U12 boys got theie league campaign up and running with an 11-3 away win over Geevagh/St Michaels in difficult conditions last Tuesday while the U12 girls also won, defeating Eastern Harps 8-5 in their first game. They now play Geevagh on Friday 12th at 7PM in Coola.
The U8's and U10's play in a blitz this Wednesday 10th in Owenmore Gaels. 
The weekly coaching is now back up and running for U6/8/10 boys and girls every Saturday morning from 11AM to 12PM in Coola. All new players welcome.  
We will be holding a family Table Quiz on Good Friday 19th April in Riverstown Community Hall. Teams of 4 for €40 but you can add an U12 to your team at no extra cost.

The Senior team take on St Marys at home next Sunday in the first round of the League at 3.00PM.
The Ladies Senior team had a 2-8 to 1-4 win over St Molaise Gaels on Sunday in the warm up league in terrible conditions. The team was: Meabh McDermott, Eillis O’Connor, Catherine Tuohy, Chloe McTiernan (1-0), Aisling Boyd, Isobel Clark, Lousie Merrick, Aoife Brennan (1-0), Rachel Boyd, Meg Craig, Roisin Kearns, Aoife O’Connor, Erin Mullaney (0-3). Subs: Mairead Tuohy (0-1), Lisa Conlon, Eithne Morley (0-2), Amy Healy, Jane Benson (0-2). We wish Catherine Tuohy a speedy recovery from an injury received during the game.
The U21 team ensured a home semi-final place with a good 4-10 to 1-8 win over Tourlestrane on Sunday The team was: Ryan Brennan, Patrick Benson, Evan Lyons, Alan Kelly, Daire Kearns (0-2), Karl McKenna (0-1), Andrew Flynn, Dillon McDermott, James Carroll, Michael Barry, Darragh Hailstones (1-4), Dylan Willis (1-0), Brendan Hailstones, Sean Carroll, Shane Deignan (2-1). Subs: Luke Flynn for B Hailstones, Lee Deignan (0-1) for D Willis, Conor Kearns (0-1) for M Barry, Ryan Fitzpatrick for A Flynn, Steven Willis for L Flynn (inj).We wish Luke Flynn a speedy recovery and thanks to the Tourlestrane club for their assistance in managing the injury. They now take on Easkey/Enniscrone on Good Friday at home at 7.00PM.
The U18 Boys are at home to Drumcliffe/Rosses Point on Monday 15th at 7.00PM.   The U16 girls lost to a strong Tourlestrane side last Monday, they now play St Nathys in Riverstown Park on Thursday at 7PM.
The U16 boys lost 2-12 to 1-14 to Tourlestrane last Monday. The U14 girls play Eoghan Rua on Monday 15th in Riverstown Park at 7PM.
The U12 boys play Tourlestrane in Coola on Tuesday 16th at 7.00PM.   The U12 girls continued their winning form with a win over Geevagh last Friday. They now play St Michael's away on Friday.   Well done to the U8/U10’s who participated in their first blitz of the year in Collooney last Wednesday. Coaching continues for U6/8/10 boys and girls every Saturday morning in Coola from 11-12PM. All new player's welcome. Good luck to the U12 Girls who play in Croke Park on Monday.
Well done to Sligo Minors and Lee Deignan who won the Ulster Minor Football League Shield at the weekend.
The club are doing clothes recycling again and bags can be dropped to the clubhouse at any time during training or games before 25th April. Items accepted are clothes, handbags, shoes, towels, bed linen, curtains, teddies all in clean condition.
We are facilitating a boot swap on Saturday mornings with children in the club. If you have boots in good condition you no longer need bring them to the clubhouse so another child may get use from them.
This Friday sees us host our first Annual Good Friday quiz in Riverstown Community Hall at 8.30PM. This family event is for teams of 4 for €40 with U12’s free. Prizes for the winner and refreshments will be available, so make it a family evening this Good Friday.

The Senior team drew 0-18 to 2-12 with St Marys in the second round of the league last Sunday. The club ran a schools blitz last Friday with all the local schools participating. It was a very enjoyable day with 165 children playing fifteen games. Thanks to all the schools for participating and also thanks to the teachers and all who helped out on morning.

The Senior Ladies got the Championship off to a good start with a 3-14 to 2-6 win over St Maloise Gaels last Sunday. The Gaels raced into an early lead with two goals from Jade Lyons, one from the penalty spot, however St Maloise responded well and dominated the last fifteen minutes of the half leaving a point in the game at half time. The Gaels gave an impressive second half performance, keeping St Maloise to two points and ran out comfortable winners in the end. It has been a great week for sport in the area with several national awards picked up. They included Aoife Morrisroe who picked up her award for LGFA Division 3 team of the league, Meghan Potter winning an All Ireland Boxing title, Riverstown Community Games winning the U13 Indoor Soccer title while Ardkeeran NS were runners up in the All Ireland FAI 5-a-side with Niall Kenny winning the Player of the Tournament award. Well done to all the winners, ye have done us all proud.

The Senior team continued their unbeaten run in the league with a 2-12 to 0-5 away win over Coolera/Strandhill last Sunday. 
The U14 boys play Enniscrone/Kilglass away next Monday 24th at 7PM in the B league semi-final. 
The U12 boys had a good 20-13 win over Coolaney/Mullinabreena last Tuesday.  
The U8 and U10 teams played in Cleveragh last Wednesday and now travel to Geevagh on Wednesday at 7PM for a divisional blitz.
Well done to Ardkeerin boys who won their Cumnan na Mbunscoil final last Saturday and hard luck to the girls who were beaten by Corballa. 
Best wishes to the Riverstown U12 Community Games Girls and Aughanagh U10 mixed team both of whom play in their respective finals this Tuesday - there are lots of young Gaels talent involved in both teams - please support.

The U12 boys played in a very enjoyable blitz hosted by St  John's last Friday with games against Calry/St Josephs and St Johns. They now play St Pats at home on Tuesday at 7PM.  
The U10 girls also played a blitz last Saturday in St Mary's while U10 boys played in the Aidan McGowan Cup in Grange last Saturday.

The Senior Ladies had a disappointing 1-5 to 2-7 loss away to Coolera/Strandhill in the Championship last Sunday. The Gaels dominating for long periods with a lot of possession in the second half but could not convert the scores. Next up is St Farnans away next Sunday. Well done to the Minor team on a great 4-14 to 2-10 win over Castleconnor in the B League final last Sunday in Scarden. The Gaels got of to a great start with two points from Conor McMorrow and a great goal from Lee Deignan. Castleconnor responded well and were only two points behind going into the break. The Gaels started the second half at a blistering pace and raced into a twelve point lead with goals from Brendan Hailstones and Conor Kearns. Castleconnor did pull the Gaels back to five points but we finished strongly with a point from Lee Deignan and a goal from Ryan Thompson to cap of a fine Gaels performance. The U18 boys lost 0-11 to 0-8 to Easkey/Enniscrone in the A Championship last Thursday while the U18 Girls lost to St Marys in the A Championship last Wednesday. They now face a busy week away to Drumcliff on Thursday at 6.15PM, home to Calry on Friday at 7PM and Tourlestrane on Saturday evening. 
The U16 boys play Easkey/St Farnans on Monday at 7PM in Easkey. 
The U14 girls play St Mary's away on Monday at 6.15PM while the U14 boys had a good 9-8 to 4-19 win over Owenmore Gaels last Friday to maintain their winning run. 
The U12 girls lost to Curry in the final group game to finish fourth and now play Eoghan Rua in the semi-final on Friday 23rd August while the U12 boys play Owenmore Gaels at home this Tuesday at 7.15PM in the championship semi-final. The U11 girls play Calry at 6.30PM in Coola on Tuesday.

The Senior teams are back in Championship action next weekend. First up is the Junior Team taking on Tourlestrane in the Junior A Championship in Scarden on Friday at 8.30PM.  The Senior Ladies take on Calry/St Josephs on Sunday morning at home at 10.30AM while the Senior Men take on Tubbercurry on Sunday evening in Bunninadden at 6.00PM.

The U11 girls played their final game against Calry last Tuesday in what was an exciting game, while the U8 and U10 Girls hosted Geevagh in a very enjoyable game last Wednesday. The U8 team play in Scarden this Wednesday evening.

Tickets are in circulation for the annual draw for 2 All Ireland football tickets – which takes place next weekend. Tickets are €2 each and 3 for €5 - available from any committee member. The draw takes place this Thursday night in McDermott’s Riverstown.
There was no winner of the lotto jackpot last weekend with the numbers drawn 1, 4, 17 and 31. There were two match 3 winners, Enda Burns and Michael Tuohy with Paddy J Conlon winning the house draw. The next Draw takes place on Saturday 9th Sept in McDonagh's, Ballindoon for a Jackpot of €2,200.
There is a fundraiser coming up on the weekend of Sept 7th & 8th in memory of our former President Tommy McDermott who would have been 90 on September 8th. All proceeds go to Sligo University Hospital Stroke Unit and enhancements for Riverstown Community Park. There will be a table quiz on Saturday night 7th September in Tommy Macs followed by a Cycle and Walk with children’s activities in the Park on September 8th – please support. The Saturday coaching finished up for the year last weekend with fun games and treats. It was a busy year with many games and also hosting visiting teams from Ballaghdeeran, Boyle and Dromahair. Thanks to all the children and parents for their support during the year and to all of the coaches who gave up their time to develop the next generation of Gaels.

Having led by five points, the Gaels never got out of the blocks in the second half however in the last minute, a quick thinking David Quinn found Evan Lyons from a short free who in turn set up Johnny Quinn who made no mistake in finding the back of the net to set up a replay. The U14 girls lost the B Championship final to St Molaise Gaels last Saturday. While we went in at halftime on top playing with the aid of a strong breeze, Molaise took full advantage of the wind in the second half and took the lead with eight minutes left and despite a late Nola Eivers penalty to level the game as it went in to injury time, St Molaise responded with a goal almost immediately and went on to win 6-10 to 6-3. Applications for the Connacht GAA Bursary Award Scheme 2019/20 is now open. The scheme awards bursaries of €750 to students attending Higher Education colleges and is open to members of the GAA who are attending a full-time Higher Education course and who are active participants in their Higher Education club.  Closing date for applications is 11th October 2019. Hard luck to the U16 team who lost to Eastern Harps in the final of the B Championship last weekend. The Gaels never got going in this game and a strong second half performance from the Harps saw them go on to win on a score line of 2-16 to 1-9. The Senior ladies had a good 2-14 to 0-5 win over Curry in the final league game at the weekend and now play St Michaels in the Shield Final. There was no winner of the lotto draw last weekend. The numbers drawn were 3, 22, 23 and 25. There was one match 3 winner, Joe Molloy, Castlebaldwin while Martin Cassidy won the house draw. The jackpot now stands at €2,600 with the next draw in Tommy Macs on 2nd November.

The last game of the season takes place next Sunday with the Senior Ladies take on St Michaels in the Divison 2 Shield final at home at 10.00AM - please support. 
The winners of the monthly draw were Nigel Hargadon, Jonathan Quinn and Lauri Quinn. 
There was no winner of the lotto this weekend with the numbers drawn 13, 23, 24 and 29. There was one match 3 winner, Lauri Quinn with Anne Buckley winning the house draw. The jackpot is now €2,700 with the next draw in Des McDonaghs on 16th November.  
Bord Ná Nóg will be hosting a review of 2019 with all of the underage managers on Friday 15th November at a venue t.b.c.. This meeting will also be open to anyone interested in coaching for 2020 - all welcome.

The Senior Ladies lost to St Michaels in the final of the Division 2 Shield on Sunday on a scoreline of 2-9 to 0-9. The Gaels put in a great performance and with a point between the teams mid-way through the second half, the Gaels pushed forward but found it difficult to penetrate a blanket defence and ultimately left themselves exposed at the back with St Michaels scoring their second goal with seven minutes left to seal victory. The team was: Mairead Tuohy, Eillis O'Connor, Aisling Boyd, Lisa Conlon, Amy Healy, Louise Merrick, Naomh Quinn (0-1), Isobel Clark (0-1), Aoife Morrisroe, Aine O'Connell, Jade Lyons (0-1), Rachel Boyd, Jane Benson (0-5), Erin Mullaney (0-1), Aoife Brennan, Subs: Siobhan Brennan for A Brennan, Aoife O'Connor for L Conlon, Meg Craig for E Mullaney, Roisin Kearns for A O'Connell, Kate Breheny. Thanks to the team for their commitment over the year and to managers Gus Champan and Cormac Kearns. Thanks also to Catherine Tuohy and Simone Kelly for their help during the year and to Michael Brennan who had the pitch in great shape despite the inclement weather during the week. 
Well done to Adam Kearns who played with Sligo U16 who had a good win over Longford at the weekend in the Manning Cup and now take on Offaly next Saturday in the semi-final.

The Bord Ná Nóg AGM takes place this Wednesday 27th at 8PM in the clubhouse. We would encourage parents and anyone interested in helping out at any level in the club to attend the AGM - it is important we get more people involved so don't be shy.

The Senior club AGM takes place next Sunday 8th at 5PM in the clubhouse.  
At the Bord Ná Nóg AGM last week the following officers were re-elected for the coming year, Chariman: Martin Cassidy, Secretary: Michelle McMorrow and Treasurer: Stephen Rooney. 
There was no winner of the lotto jackpot last weekend. There was one match 3 winner, Aisling Boyd with Jimmy Frazer winning the house draw. The numbers drawn were 6,7,23,28. The jackpot now stands at €2,900 with the next draw on Saturday 14th December in Sean Macs.  
The winners of the monthly draw were Padraig McKeon, Vincent Henry and Paul Quinn. 
We would like to take this opportunity to thank John McPartland who has stepped down as Senior Manager. John took over the team three years ago and brought great enthusiasm and dedication to the role overseeing one of the most successful periods of the Gaels Senior team history. They consolidated their position in Division 1 reaching the league final and reached the Championship semi final for the first time in twenty five years but most notably John took the club to the Intermediate Championship title win in 2018.  Thanks also to John's management team this year of Seamus Cawley, Derek Davey, Aran McGowan, Hilary Lyons and Wayne McNulty for their hard work which we hope we can build on in 2020. At the AGM last Sunday the club was pleased to appoint Seamus Cawley and Michael Reynolds as joint Club Presidents to succeed Tommy McDermott who passed away during the year. Both Seamus and Michael are lifelong members of the club and continue to play an active role in club affairs.
